- Entry Submission Fee is Rs. 5000 plus GST per entry and non refundable.
- Participants are advised to provide complete information in the Application Form with mandatory supporting documents listed in the Application Form to provide sufficient information for establishing the eligibility criteria and other parameters.
- Application Form with Incomplete or insufficient information shall be duly rejected.
- Last day of receiving the entry both online and offline mode is 20th March 2026. No extension beyond the due date shall be entertained. Participants should make sure that application reaches within the stipulated time and before the last date. Any delay on the logistics part shall be responsibility of the participants.
- The Award categories can be changed/modified/cancelled as per the discretion of Jury members and FICCI.
- FICCI/ the Jury reserves the right to audit or ask for any documentary proof or site visits (if required) to validate the information provided. The participants shall provide all necessary support to the FICCI/ the Jury to validate the information.
- FICCI/ the Jury reserves the right to reject any entry.
- Entry once submitted can be modified or additional documents can be provided on request to organisers (FICCI). However final decision will be taken by the organisers.
- The winners will be informed/intimated over email by FICCI by second of week of April 2026.
- Winners have to be present at Jaipur at their own cost to collect the Trophy.
